Lunch time! I wasn't sure what I was going to have for lunch and I couldn't stop thinking about
the wheat subs and roast beef cold cuts I had purchased the other week. I didn't want it to go to waste because that would be money wasted so I finally figured out what to do with it. Roast Beef Supreme Sub! I sauteed some onion and green bell pepper [which I love] in the skillet then added the roast beef cold cuts. Sprinkled a little sea salt and pepper; put it on a plate and covered it with shredded mozzerella and a little ranch dressing; toasted the wheat sub bread and packed the sauteed cold cuts inside. It was perfect. Now I have to figure out what to do with that turkey...
