  • Salmon: foods high in omega-3 fats promotes digestion
  • Canned Soups: premade soups are famously high in sodium
  • Watermelon: another one of nature's water weight nixers
  • Popcorn: airy foods tend to pooch out your stomach
  • Citrus Fruit: squeeze some lemon into water to aid digestion
  • Dried Fruit: high in fiber, yes, but also loaded with sugar
